Specification:

Application and characteristics: 

1) This product which is applicable for rubber processing, is used as special disperser assistant for rubber carbon black or disperser assistant for inorganic filler.it is a neo-type product formed after physical and chemical reactions of many kinds of chemicals.

2) To improve carbon black’s discretion in sizing material and enhance its discreting speed in rubber processing;to improve such performance of rubber mixture’s as extrusion,calendaring and adhesive etc.

3) To improve sulfur’s even dispersion in sizing material and prevent sizing materials from burning.

4) To improve white carbon black’s dispersity in sizing material

5) To decrease the mixing viscosity of sizing material 

6) To improve vulcanized rubber’s hardness and wear-resisting property

7) This product is applicable for tire processing,for example,the production of radial tire and slanting rubber tire and it is also applicable for rubber belt processing and rubber cable products.
