Properties:

AU-BPPCA is a micromolecular polysaccharide polymer produced by microbal fermentation with sugar as its raw materials. Its chemical construction is linked by the β-1,3-D-glucoside solely. The active valence is little in its inner groups.

We made profile plugging experiments in oil wells of Xinjiang Karamay Oilfield by microbial polymers AU-BPPCA. The special property of its high-temperature glue was applied to plugging steam injection wells seal at heavy oil thermal recovery oilfield it has achieved remarkable result. Presently, new experiments in oil wells of Shengli Oilfield Daqing Oilfield are going on.

4. AU-BPPCA has controllability in plugging position gelling time. According to its single temperature-sensitiveacteristics user, can control the formation plugging position by AU-BPPCA through adjusting the heating time, to achieve different plugging result, i.e. to achieve controllable plugging.
